Dr. Anand Kumar Singh is currently working as Assistant professor in Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies-Technical Campus, School of Engineering & Technology. He received his PhD degree (Full-Time) in Electronics Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (formerly UPTU) and served as Teaching-cum Research Fellow under TEQIP Project (MHRD, New Delhi) during his Ph.D. He obtained his master’s degree in VLSI Design and Electronics from SRM University, Chennai and Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, respectively. He completed his bachelor’s degree in physics from Veer Bahadur Paranuchal University, Jaunpur. He has more than 13 years of teaching and research experience. He has published multiple research papers in the area of emerging semiconductor devices and low power VLSI circuits. He has one design patent (granted by Government of India) and two patent publications with Intellectual property rights, India. He has received best research paper Award in Indo-Korea virtual conference on Development of Advanced Materials for Future Technologies (DAMFT-2020) jointly organized by Jeonbuk National University, Jeonju, Korea & Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India, July 2020. He has qualified electronics and communication engineering GATE examination in 2016 & 2017. He is a life-time member of Indian society of technical education (ISTE), New Delhi and associate member of Institute of Engineers (IE), Kolkata.
