Dr. Ashish Kumar, Assistant Professor in VSE&T has garnered his Ph.D. from the Department of Information Technology, Delhi Technological University, and served as JRF and SRF during his Ph.D tenure.
He acquired his Master’s (Information Technology) from Delhi Technological University, Delhi and Bachelor’s (Information Technology) from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute, Vidisha.
Dr. Kumar has dedicated 5 years to full-time research and has been teaching for 1.5+ years. He has won 'The Best Paper Award' for his conference paper in the ICCI-SEM-2017 at GIFT, Bhubaneswar and was awarded 'The Commendable Research Award' in the 5th Research Excellence Award Function at DTU, Delhi. He has qualified GATE (2011), UGC-NET (2017), MHRD fellowship granted for M. Tech, and UGC fellowship awarded for Ph.D
Dr. Kumar has participated in several FDPs, Training programmes, workshops and reviewed manuscripts of conferences/journals as a reviewer. He has multiple publications in the area of Information Security, the Internet of Things, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Education.
